iwhistleblower: this is about white collar crime as i discovered it in civil service as a civil servant, a shop steward and as a tax payer that wondered how a state agency could be so corrupt as to bribe a judge in response to blackmail by an attorney who only objected to their looting the state because he wanted to win a case without regard for the process of law and thus used "leverage." this attorney later became a judge and is now at the san jose wcab where i understand that an honest decision can't be found even though i mailed them a few myself. that's how i eventually became interested in White Collar Crime in California, cause it's all over on the city, county and state levels too! and no, this isn't alice in wonderland and you didn't drink the mad hatter's tea or did you?? more to follow soonest!
